32pkr Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing or using the 32pkr platform in any way — whether through the website, the mobile app, the Android APK or any other method — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of the 32pkr platform regardless of how they access it. Use of the platform is conditional on acceptance of these terms alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which are incorporated by reference.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open a 32pkr account and use the platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults only. Underage use is prohibited and any account found to be registered by a person under 18 will be closed immediately.
• You must be an individual person. Corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted for standard player accounts.
• You must provide accurate personal information during registration. Providing false details, including false names, dates of birth or contact information, is a violation of these terms.
• You must not be self-excluded from the platform or otherwise barred from using online betting services.
• You must register from a jurisdiction where accessing the 32pkr platform does not violate any local law applicable to you personally.

32pkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age and address at any point during the account lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to a valid national identity card, passport or other government-issued document. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be held pending.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the 32pkr platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 32pkr reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential at all times.
• Ensuring that no other person has access to or uses your 32pkr account.
• Notifying 32pkr immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Ensuring that all contact and payment details associated with your account remain accurate and up to date.

32pkr reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of bonuses or any behaviour that is deemed harmful to other users or the integrity of the platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 32pkr platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit: PKR 200 across all supported payment methods.
• Supported methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and mobile wallets. Methods available to you may vary based on your location and account status.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are credited instantly. Bank Transfer processing times may vary depending on the sending bank.
• Withdrawal minimum: PKR 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit wherever possible.
• Withdrawal processing: Standard accounts are processed within the defined timeframe. VIP members at Platinum and Diamond tier receive priority processing.
• Verification: 32pkr may require verification of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.

32pkr does not charge fees on standard deposits. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be communicated clearly at the time of request. Users are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or payment provider on their side of the transaction.

5 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the 32pkr platform, including Cricket, PSL, international T20, Football, Esports and all other covered sports.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed when you receive a bet reference number. If the confirmation screen does not appear, the bet has not been placed.
• Odds: Bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement. For in-play live bets, the odds accepted at the moment you confirm the bet apply.
• Voided bets: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 36 hours from the original scheduled start, or if a market is voided due to an error in pricing, stakes are returned in full to your account balance.
• Abandoned matches: For PSL and Cricket matches, if a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result under official DLS rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Maximum payouts: Each sport and market type has a maximum payout limit. Where a winning bet would exceed this limit, the maximum payout cap applies.
• Obvious errors: 32pkr reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect or erroneous odds caused by technical issues or human error. Users will be notified and stakes returned.
• Accumulator bets: If one or more selections in an accumulator are voided, the remaining selections will be settled as if the voided selection was not included.

32pkr reserves the right to limit or restrict bet sizes on specific markets or for specific accounts where patterns suggest abuse, match fixing or irregular betting activity.

6 Live Casino and Slots

The Live Casino and Slots sections of the 32pkr platform operate under the rules of the respective game providers. By playing Live Casino games — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and Dragon Tiger — or any Slot title, you agree to the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface.

• Live Casino game outcomes are determined by physical game processes conducted by real dealers in live studio environments. Results are final once confirmed by the dealer or system.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Return-to-player (RTP) information is available within each game's information panel.
• Disconnection during a game round: If you are disconnected mid-round, the round will complete automatically according to game rules. 32pkr is not responsible for losses resulting from connection issues on your end.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that prevents a Live Casino round from completing normally, the round may be declared void and stakes returned.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

32pkr offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback and seasonal promotions around events such as PSL. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier is clearly stated with each offer.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire after a defined period if wagering requirements are not met. Unused or expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Sports bets and certain casino games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active at a time per account unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Abuse: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, exploiting technical errors or coordinating bets to hedge bonus requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.

8 VIP Programme

The 32pkr VIP Programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All registered accounts are enrolled automatically. Points are earned on every real-money bet placed across sports betting, Live Casino and Slots.

• VIP tier status is calculated based on cumulative points earned over a defined review period. Tier downgrade may occur if activity falls below the minimum threshold for the current tier.
• Benefits at each tier — including cashback rates, withdrawal processing priority, bet limits and exclusive promotions — are as published on the VIP page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• VIP points earned from bonus bets may be excluded or credited at a reduced rate as specified in the VIP programme terms.
• 32pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the VIP programme with reasonable notice to affected members.

9 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 32pkr platform and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Any form of match fixing, collusion, arbitrage abuse or exploitation of pricing errors.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Allowing a third party to use your account or acting on behalf of another person.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt or interfere with the platform's technology or infrastructure.
• Using VPNs, proxies or other tools to mask your location in a way that circumvents platform restrictions.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

32pkr may suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where it determines, on reasonable grounds, that these terms have been violated. In such cases:

• Where funds are held as evidence of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, withdrawal may be suspended pending investigation.
• Balances derived from prohibited activity, including bonus abuse, may be forfeited in full.
• Real-money balances not connected to any prohibited activity will be returned through the account's registered payment method following completion of any required verification.
• You may also close your own account at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be voided upon voluntary account closure.

11 Limitation of Liability

32pkr provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues at all times.

• 32pkr is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, data transmission issues or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• 32pkr is not responsible for any losses arising from the use of third-party software, payment services or internet infrastructure.
• Where a technical error results in incorrect odds or game payouts, 32pkr reserves the right to correct the error. Settled bets at incorrect odds may be recalculated and the correct amount credited or debited accordingly.

12 Responsible Gaming

32pkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is for adult entertainment and should never be used as a source of income or to recover previous losses. We strongly recommend setting personal limits before you begin playing.

• Deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion tools are available directly from your account settings.
• If you feel that your betting is becoming difficult to control, use the self-exclusion option or take a cooling-off break through your account settings.

13 Changes to These Terms

32pkr reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the 32pkr platform following the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not agree with changes to the terms, you should cease use of the platform and contact support to close your account.
